FEATURES:

While using the SkyTruss you can easily create structural support or working platforms using three components:

1m, 2m and 3m sections allow for functional adaptability to many problematic situations over large spans.
Lightweight product: At only 17kg/m or 5.15lbs/ft., the product is easily manipulated by your team.
Over a 12m span the SkyTruss has the equivalent strength of a W18x65 steel beam.
Vertical tubes 48.3mm are provided every1m allowing for bracing on any tube or system scaffold leg.
Spigot clamps, that allow for connection with your scaffold tube and platforms, can be installed every meter.
Optimized and innovative design for maximized strength and reduced weight
Example: on a 12m/39ft span, a single truss can support a point load of 27.5KN/6159 lbs with a factor of safety of 4:1 applied – the actual yield occurs at 110KN/24,728 lbs.
Bracing can be used every 1m or 2m depending on the application.

The strength is equivalent to that of an I-beam at 350x350x10mm, that has a weight of 115kg/m. That is 6.76 times heavier than the SkyTruss. Using SkyTruss, at 17kg/m, you can eliminate the use of a crane altogether; reducing the labor and installation costs by 30-50%.

REUSABILITY:

The SkyTruss sections can be re-configured and re-used for your next job. It does not require painting or inside storage as aluminum does not rust. The 1-time use of the wide flange beam is no longer a costly consumable and waste of space in your yard.
